As a Maintenance Operator at Sapim, you help ensure that our production lines remain in top technical condition. You perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on our machines and installations across our three production sites in Wilrijk.

With your technical skills and proactive mindset, you keep production running safely and efficiently — and contribute directly to the reliability of our high-quality products used by cyclists all over the world.

What will you be doing?

As a Maintenance Operator at Sapim, you’re one of the key people keeping our production running smoothly. You make sure machines and technical installations stay reliable, safe, and in top condition. Whether it’s fixing an urgent breakdown or working on long-term improvements — you’re always thinking one step ahead.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and production lines
• Troubleshooting technical issues — mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic — and fixing them quickly and safely
• Supporting production by helping optimize machine performance and reliability
• Assisting with installations of new equipment or moving existing machinery
• Documenting your interventions and reporting technical issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Following all safety procedures and contributing to a clean, well-organized workspace
